Purpose of treatment

Personal data are collected for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations connected with the company's economic activity and in particular, by way of example, for fulfilling contractual obligations (such as supply relationships, sales relationships, professional mandates as well as related registrations and modifications), fulfillment of legal obligations (such as invoicing, mandatory accounting records and entries and tax returns), requests for economic information aimed at assessing the company's solvency and for any practices related to credit defaults.

Nature of data

The user data stored by Buttus Roberto, are exclusively those you have provided in the contact request forms.

Method of treatment

The data will be processed in manual and/or automated form by specifically appointed subjects. The treatment will take place in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by the Code. The data will be recorded, organized and stored in computer and / or paper archives and will be updated whenever necessary or requested. Only after explicit consent to be expressed in the appropriate check box, however, will we be able to use your contact data for further communications regarding Buttus Roberto's projects (e.g. promotions, invitations to events, webinars, etc.). The contact details for sending communications and newsletters will be kept and used until you exercise your Opt-Out right by requesting that you no longer be contacted, and in any case no later than 5 years from registration, from the last request or from the modification of data. We ensure that we will only use the data to send these types of information and you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. The data necessary for the use of the products will be kept for a period not exceeding 6 months from the expiration of the subscription of the service and then automatically destroyed or irreversibly anonymized within the application and cloud storage systems.

Scope of communication and dissemination

Personal data may be communicated / disclosed to: - external subjects (national or foreign) who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the company (bookkeeping, financial statements, tax obligations, transport of goods), to the persons in charge of the activities in the company administrative and commercial, to banks for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts, - to subjects who can access them by virtue of the provisions of the law.

The data could be used anonymously and in aggregate for: - the Company's operational and management purposes (by way of example, the use of personal data, anonymous and associated, for the purpose of processing studies, statistical and market surveys ); - the transfer of personal data to interested third parties, aimed at processing studies, statistical and market surveys. - The site could use the services of Google Inc. to detect the use by users by activating the anonymization option ga ('set', 'anonymizeIp', true).

We will not communicate non-anonymised personal data to third parties, nor will we disclose it in any way and we guarantee that it will be processed exclusively by our staff. The provision of personal data (such as identification data for private customers, VAT number / tax code and identification data for commercial customers) is mandatory, therefore the request for supply and / or collaboration implies the expression of consent to the processing of such data. Refusal to provide data implies the objective impossibility of regularly managing the relationship.

Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Code, as data subject, you have the right, according to the methods and within the terms established by law, to request and obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data, their updating, correction or cancellation, to have information about the origin of personal data and the purposes and methods of their processing, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, the limitation of the processing of data concerning you or to oppose their processing, to exercise the right to data portability, and to exercise all the other rights recognized by the current laws.
